Metal detection machine is a device that uses electromagnetic field to check the inspected product transmitted on the conveyor line. When the metal signal above the set value is detected, it outputs an alarm mixed with metal or an easy command signal sent by the selector.

First, the structure of metal detection machine

1. Control box: handle the detection signal from the detection head, display when the metal is mixed, and control the equipment as a whole.

2, probe: used for detecting metal detection head. It is composed of a photocell and a mirror that detects the inspected product through.

3, conveyor belt: used for the transmission of inspected goods belt conveyor.

4, frame: support display part, detection head, conveyor belt.

5. Distribution box: provide working power for control box and conveyor belt motor.

Two, metal detection machine installation precautions

1, metal detection mechanical and electrical source should be a self-contained system, should be separated from the noise generating equipment and other devices (large motor, packaging machine, etc.) power supply system. And should be connected with the socket close to the power supply.

2, do not multidirectional wiring. If a heavy object is pressed on a power line, it can damage the wire and become the cause of fire or electric shock. 3, the power line should be away from the heating appliance. Before removing the power plug, cut off the power switch and hold the plug to pull it out.

4, with other equipment (front and rear section conveyor belt, etc.) connected (connected), it is possible to produce misoperation. In this case, do not connect to other devices and ground them separately.

Three, metal detection machine maintenance precautions

1. The power plug must be removed when cleaning.

2. Cleaning tools such as soft plastic brush or cloth should be used. Do not use metal brush etc.

3. Clean with neutral detergent. Do not use diluents and organic solvents such as benzene.
